The family dinner at Funky Fes was a great opportunity to meet other travelers and share stories. The Gnawa music was a delightful treat that added to the authentic experience. The staff at the hostel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Despite a few drawbacks, I would recommend this hostel for its unique atmosphere and affordable prices. I had a positive experience at Funky Fes.

funky fes surpassed my expectations during this long weekend in fes. the breakfast and samira's dinner were outstanding, and the staff, including stone, samira, youssra, marco. the location was perfect, not too far from the old medina, and the cozy bed and warm shower were delightful. the terrace became my favorite spot, and i ended up extending my stay to 11 days. thank you for making my stay amazing ♡

The volunteers are great and the space and terrace are also very good. The location is ok, close to a bigger street that gives easy access to the hostel. The dinner is also very good.

Felt more than at home, no complaints at all.

The location of the hostel is perfect, close to the main entrance gate and the lively Medina Market. Guests can easily explore the nearby attractions. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing maps and recommendations. The hostel offers clean and comfortable rooms with shared bathrooms that are well-maintained. The breakfast, though limited, is tasty and creates a social environment. Additionally, there are beautiful terraces and a small kitchen for guests' convenience.

The hostel can be a bit noisy in the evenings, but it doesn't exceed midnight.

    Very good

The free breakfast included a variety of delicious options such as eggs, fresh bread, pancakes, corn cake, tea, and coffee. The air conditioning in the 12-bed room worked brilliantly, providing a comfortable sleep. the bathroom was clean and stylish, adding a touch of luxury to the stay.

The noise level at this hostel was unbearable. The lack of soundproofing made it impossible to get a good night's sleep, especially if the room was located on the first floor.

The atmosphere at Funky was amazing! The vibe of the place and the friendly people made for a welcoming experience. The location was convenient, close to the Medina and with a safe parking area for our motorcycle. The hostel was clean and had a great ambiance. Plus, the staff, especially Feris, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. I had a fantastic time at Funky and would definitely recommend it.

We had a great time at the hostel, surrounded by a vibrant and social atmosphere. the location was convenient, with easy access to the hostel from a nearby main street. the rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. the breakfast was delicious and filling, ensuring we started our days off right. the terrace offered a nice view, where we enjoyed relaxing and taking in the scenery.

The wifi was quite bad, making it difficult to stay connected and access the internet.

The location of this hotel is great, right in the heart of the historic district. It's so convenient to be able to walk to all the major attractions. Plus, the staff here are absolutely amazing. They are so welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with any questions or concerns.

The rooms were not up to par. Some of them had moisture issues and the beds felt damp.
